Mission Statement

Initiate 2,500 New Projects to Meet the Needs of Children at Risk in your community and worldwide.

Action Plan

• Urge Rotary clubs to initiate a new project in their community which will meet the needs of street children, orphans, delinquents, physically handicapped, as well as address the conditions of community recreation, drug abuse, health care for children, child care, illiteracy and other special concerns of children

• Promote projects for children at PETS, district conferences and assemblies

• Encourage Rotary clubs and districts to sponsor a Matching Grant in another country which will fulfill the needs of underprivileged children

• prepare a report outlining new Rotary-sponsored projects to meet the needs of children at the end of the year.
